These terms govern your use of the website and our enquiry-matching service. They are not removal-company terms and they do not govern the packing, collection, shipping, storage, customs clearance or delivery of your effects.

When you request a quotation or callback, you ask us to identify one independent removal company that serves the relevant UK postcode and to pass that company the information needed to contact you. Clear matches may be assigned automatically. Other enquiries are reviewed and assigned by our office. An introduction does not oblige you to accept a quotation or buy any service.

We select from participating companies using territory and availability information. We do not promise that every company will accept every move, that only one suitable provider exists, or that an introduction guarantees capacity for your preferred date. We may reassign an enquiry when the first selected company cannot assist.

The selected regional removal company is an independent business. It contacts you in its own name, carries out or arranges the survey, decides whether it can undertake the work, and issues its own quotation. If you proceed, your removal contract is with that company under its own terms and conditions. MoveSquad Group Ltd is not a party to that removal contract merely because the enquiry began on this website.

The appointed removal company is responsible for explaining the services included, charges, payment schedule, insurance or liability cover, cancellation rights, packing and inventory requirements, estimated timetable and any third parties it will use. You should read its quotation, privacy notice and conditions of carriage before accepting.

The appointed removal company may coordinate shipping, customs clearance and delivery with an independent destination agent in Cyprus. The identity and role of the businesses involved in your move should be set out in or alongside the removal company's quotation. Move to Cyprus does not represent that it owns the selected mover's crews, vehicles, warehouse or Cyprus operation.
